VIOn the morning of February 10, 2026, the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee held a gathering to celebrate the Party and welcome the New Year of the Horse 2026. The event was attended by current and former leaders of the State and the city across different periods, as well as experts, scientists, intellectuals, representatives of ethnic and religious communities, artists, and leaders of numerous press agencies. Speaking at the gathering, Comrade Tran Luu Quang, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, expressed his gratitude and emotion at meeting with senior leaders, hoping to receive their heartfelt advice and valuable experience so that today’s generation may fulfill its responsibilities to the Party, the people, and history. He also extended New Year wishes of health, peace, and happiness to all delegates and their families. Mrs. Dai Co Huong, Head of the Administrative Board of Minh Ly Dao, represented the Church at the gathering.
